Default Crawler Party in Hong Kong

Hi Folks,

I am not sure if this is the right place/section to post after party pics, I have search on the whole forum, and i cannot locate a section where the after party pics can be placed. If indeed this is not the correct section, please would the webmaster direct it to the correct area. Thank you.

OK, back to the story, so here we are, next to the sea...around the Hong Kong region. A bunch of us gather around for a fun day.

This is just to share around, i hope everyone here enjoy as much as we do.

Feel free to post comments after you view the pics. (Please be patient, as there are quite a number of pics).

Greeting from Hong Kong
Tom

SO lets start off with a bunch of us lining up at a helicopter take off point!

In Hong Kong, we called that the Nissan Cube. Just a bit laer, the owner of this truck will throw in a set of IMEX rims onto it, so we hope it will be good!

Thanks man!

Usually when our group has some sort of gathering, we will take half of the time to take some good pictures for everyone to enjoy, there are some video's coming up too,

Its good that we have crawler fans around the world too~

Some of us does own one of those truck you mentioned, but they are not suitable to climb those big fat rocks, so we might let them sit on the shelf rather...:-)

About the Hummer, it weights slightly heavier than all of our crawler, but i will ask the owner and let you know about its weight later in the day

I might raise another topic to post some of our hobby over here in Asia...:-)

You know those guys are rich, when a lot of them have $400 chassis, aluminum axle housings, and such clean, good-looking trucks! I really like all of the trucks, especially the Spider chassis, with the orange and black Madforce (I think) body, and the truck with the blue Titan body. Welcome to Rccrawler.com, Takzi, its good to see rockcrawling in all parts of the world! By the way, how do those Gmade tires perform on the rocks? They look nice!

Thank you John,

The Chassis you like most (the one using the Mad Force Body) is almost full option Gmade Spider.....i think everything are pretty much alloy except for the ball joint!!!

And the Blue Titan is mine....which is also using the Spider chassis...as for the tire, they perform very well! They grab and stick on the rock pretty good i have to say.....of cause the downside is the width of the tire which create so much friction that you would need massive torque servo to overcome the friction. It would be ideal if i am to cut the rims al ittle (the Green TXT already did it)...so it should crawl pretty good...People always ask me to remove the bulky servo bumper at the front of my truck, but then i am those guy who love the looks rather than performance....so i will just leave it on...hahahaah...
