Default Painted up a new body

I have had this body sitting around for a while now and the one I had been running was getting pretty bad (and it was ugly to start with) so I decided to paint up something nice to run at the ECC.

I kinda ran out of ideas/time and did not know what to do on the sides. I was going to do all blue, but I have done that on two other bodies and I thought it would be kind of boring again. I figure if I don't like the silver, I can always go flat black from the body line down on the outside. I still have to take off the overspray film obviously, but I need to lay down another coat of silver since it was a little thin in spots.

LMK what you think.

Looks good! Is that an older stadium body or what? I can't seem to place it.

Lookin good!

I think the body will look good. Better than the new proline crawler bodys that look like they should be on a 1/16th scale.

Thanks guys!

Here is a picture of the one I have been running:

It was already painted and had the back end cut off when I got it, but it is the same body.

Good work on the paint job. I like these bodies because rollover recovery is just good as the bug body which everybody has or had. Here are shots of mine.
