I used acetone free nail polish remover last time I had to do this. It took tamiya PS sprays of a lexan body fairly easily. Poor a bit on the paint and leave it for 30 seconds or so, you'll see it soak in to the pain and start to change colour, you can then start to rub it off. I used cotton buds, but I was only trying to remove a few small patches. Cotton wool balls might be better for a larger area, you want something that you can rub with quite firmly, but without scratching the paint.

This will also make your body very brittle..

Your not going to be able to remove the factory paint if thats what your asking about.

People say to use Dot3 Brake fluid and let it soak for a good night or so, and then scrub off with a brush.
I have used stuff called "ELO" (Easy lift off) and it took the paint off in a matter of seconds, and involved no scrubbing but I cant find it anywhere anymore... :-(
