| Truck Cabs Available?
Alright guys, I am looking to do a truggy style scale build. I am looking all over to see what's available to use as the cab. I know some of the more widely used choices are the Hi-Lux Toy/Bruiser design and the Hi-Lift Ford, but I am trying to find other ideas before I limit myself to one of these two. I also know that soon we will have the Tundra...but I am looking for something now...and don't think I can wait till the Tundra is released. I want a cab that has a back panel on it like the real thing and if I can help it...not have to do body work to accomplish this, so this of course leaves out the possibility of the numerous lexan full body pickups out there. Let me see some ideas...help me out here |

well first. on any body you get your going to have to fill in the back. Tamiya's f350 , the bruiser cabs and there is the clod body, buts its all one piece. all of them have to have the backs filled in because the bed is bolted to the side of the cab. look at some pictures of closer. look at some other toy manf. and see what they offer toysRus, radio shack, Nylint, all offer trucks in 1/10 scale... but no matter what truck you get your going to have to do body work... |

you could get a blackfoot/blackfoot extreme body. thats an older ford body. regardless, you'll have to fill in the back of the cab. my blackfoot crew cab: |

Thanks! Appreciate it. That's one I wish I hadn't sold. At least it was to a buddy so I get to see it from time to time, lol.
