| FJ cruiser body on SCX-10
Just finished it up. I used Tamiya NATO green and Krylon flat black. Also used Krylon flat white for the roof... Yes, the roof was already white, now its no longer shiny. Forgot to do the mirrors, but they will also get some krylon flat black like the roof rack, spare and bumper/grill. I had to do a lot of trimming to make it fit, both body and frame. The fenders are gone as you can see, but, they are also missing on my 1/1. Eventually i will build a bumper and roof rack so it's just like my 1/1 except for the color. Also, I will be painting the wheel's black, and the rock rings NATO green to match the body. p.s... i kept the roof white because... i don't know why. |
