Mounting the body

I am doing my first crawler body on my ax10, and was looking for some advice on marking the body posts. i have the gatecrasher body and the body dosent fit over the body posts so I am having trouble marking them. Any advice would be awesome! thx

Try This

Well if the body is clear I say take the body post off your chassis, get someone to hold the body at a level that you want, and mark those spots with a sharpie marker. Remember to pay attention at where those body post would have been.

If it's a clear body, be sure to mark the outside."thumbsup"

Make a template...I used a scrape piece of lexan.Get the holes just right and you can hold it up against the body and mark with a feltmarker...then throw it in your toolbox and keep it for future use....Oneday you might want to lower a body thats already painted....Nice to have a tool made ready to go....."thumbsup"
