I got a parma truck body for my rig but its only .030 thick, which is kinda thin, and flimzy, is there any way to make it stiffer? or any place to get a super thick will still farly cheap scale body?

If it was me I would Fiberglass it. But I have seen people add multiple bodies together to make them stronger.

You can coat the inside with ShoeGoo and it will make it a bit stronger. Added with drwall mesh tape it is great for repairs as well. |

Fiberglass might get too hot and melt it. I think the plastic might even react with the resin/hardener. Get a Proline body, they are .060" thick! |
