The splatter is really easy and I have done it a few different ways.
1.) dip medium sized hobby brush in a bottle of paint tap the edge gentle pull it out and flick it so hard at the body you think you pulled your arm out (Then repeat)
2.) use a tooth brush dip it in a bottle and use your finger to flick the brushes(not as hard on your arm).
3.)(I learned from RPMJ) dip to of your fingers into the paint and pretend your flicking a booger.(but at the body)
Each one gives really different results. 2. are the smallest, 1 is medium and 3 are the biggest drops, this is just something you have to play around with.
Also if you water down the paint you are going to get different consistencies as well.
So get a scrap piece of clear plastic and give it a try, try crossing the patterns starting in different spots and different distances away from the body.
I try to use a new technic every time I paint, keeps it fun.

Ok, that's what I thought, just wondering if there was a different way.

Did you get your bacon?

Thanks buddy, its fun and easy, can't beat that.

Did another one the other day, subtle but enough for my Subaru rally inspired comp rig.

Still waiting on a motor and haven't glued the tires yet. Planning to drive it sunday and give it a rigorous testing.
