Same as always - sand, I go to 600 grit

Prime or base coat - sand lightly

color coat - usually takes a few coats, multiple light coats are best

Clear coat if you want - I use Future floor polish for a more shiny finish or Testors Dull Coat if I want matte.

Orange TF2 is top coated with future. The Olive Hilux is Dull Coat.
