Pro-Line is saying that they're releasing two Bronco today. Based on Tower Hobbies and Horizon, looks like one has a roll cage and one will not.

I've posted a couple more pictures on my website: http://www.earlybroncotoys.com/proline.html

Great to see another body from proline that's far to long for a standard chassis. The only CGR with a wheelbase for the SCX was the Ambush CGR. The Blazer CGR and the Ramcharger CGR have been much too long. Normal Blazer was OK, don't know why. Bullshit proline, you take care of the longer wheelbase for Traxxas cars, but which idiot runs a CGR body on his Revo or Maxx?? Making an SCX longer results in what axial showed us with the Honcho: Most servos cuase a binding in the steering. And why should everybody make his SCX longer to run a proline body?????
Spend your time making better decals (decals with more details than the spartanic at the moment - take a look at the competition) and paint your product plaecment bodies nicer so they don't look that f*ugly. So you don't have to take photos from rccrawler.com to put on your website for the products to look good. And BTW: The standard for detail in lexan bodies has been raised for a long time (Tamiya, Axial etc.) but the overpriced proline bodies look still like crafted in the backyard ...

The HPI Bronco body looks much better in my opinion. I think all us scale guys will stick with HPI. Body proportions look better and decals are way better. I want to see an XJ body from ProLine, but I'm kinda worried how it would turn out. Come on HPI, let's see another Jeep Body!

You're right, HPI open Bronco looks better, and compared to the Tamiya 1973 Ford Bronco parts set (includes a chrom grill!), the closed Proline counterpart looks like crap. Sorry!

That looks like garbage compared to the Tamiya body.

Correct! Panelli Jones' Blazer.
Remember in Dust to Glory when Parnelli is talking about taking Robby Gordon for a ride in the Blazer as a kid; that's the Blazer he's referring to.

Ditto that.

I think alot more people would rather use the Tamiya body, if they had a chassis that could handle the shorter wheelbase. I think alot of people don't want to hack the scx-10 chassis to make the shorter wheelbase bodies fit so for them I suppose this would be OK, but its still far to long and out of scale.

I'll be sticking with my L-trail and tamiya body

Wheelbase is way to long and the wheel wells are to small. That could almost be a 4door version. :-( I'd buy one just to cut the roof off from to put on my HPI. Wheel wells might be ok for a 1.9 but id still cut an inch out between the door and rear wheel well

Since its licensed by ford, Dont they have to approve of what it looks like?

I was looking at the side view and you're right, the wheel wells are small and just look bad. Why can't Pro-Line make a body that will fit the SXC10, wheelbase and width wise? If they're seriously working on an XJ body I pray it will fit an SCX10 and not a monster truck. Come on Pro-Line, help us scale guys out!

Default looks familiar....

Does anyone else think that these CGR bodies look all like the original Scout/Ambush body? That body looked pretty good to me, then the CGR came out and the ramcharger and blazer. Despite the minor details to set them apart - I would almost think that the mold got a refresh and what was once the Ambush became this.....

I hear what yall are saying about it being to long to narrow but, I will need to see one set up right. Not on a Nitro or a AX-10 before I can say yeh or nay. It might not look all that bad. The Scout they made was to lnog as well but looked good. All thu this dose have a 1in longer wheel base. God Dam you Pro-line. I realy wanted one one of these.

I hope some one builds one one soon. I want to see it.
