Default repairing ranger hard body.

Went and looked at my ranger body iv been holding on to for ever. come to find out I must have droped it or something with storeing it. both a pillers is broke. What is the best way about repairing this?

Without seeing it, I'd say use some glue and reinforce the breaks from the inside with strip(s) of styrene. Then use body filler (or whatever you got) on the outside, sand smooth, paint.

that is the driver side just a small brake. But the pass side is broke at the top and bottom. I can get that pic to upload. But what thinkness stryum(sp) wuld be best for this? Allso what kind of glue do I need?

Wow just seen that is a really crappy pic. But you guys get the point. It is broke in half. I really need to get this fixed. This body is my pride as I am a ranger nut.

You can plastic weld it with a soldering iron. If you haven't done this before, practice on some scrap so you don't ruin the body. Here is a link to a how to we use for track bike plastic repair (same concept) http://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.p...ighlight=paint
