I've been looking for a site on how to do it also. Just don't have to courage to cut up two bodies and risk it. Lol

There's quite a few builds throughout this forum. Just do a search for them, a lot of them show the progress of the body work and you can figure it out.

I say just do it. With a little patience everything will turn out OK. I am working on my first extended cab and it is coming out much better than expected. -Andrew Miller |

In terms of adhesive? I used Plastruct Bondene and then Green putty for filler and fairing. Both purchased at my LHS. You will find that as long as you pla things out very carefully, it will go pretty smoothly. When I ordered my two bodies, I also order a pack of styrene. It saved me the other night, after a little filler and some sanding you would have no idea of the mistake I made. It is relatively forgiving stuff as long as you are careful. Good luck.
