| another color question.
im looking for some paint for a scaler project im starting and am not having the luck i would like. im looking for a sea foam green and a cream/or white. whites not a problem but the others seem to be difficult. also, i would prefer to paint the inside but if i cant find the colors and have to have some mixed up, how well does auto paints hold up on bodys such as a proline one. sand it and a single stage will stick? whats the trick to get it to stick with out flaking/failing off over ever roll over? thanks peoples

Tamiya PS54 Cobalt Green is probably your best bet if you need polycarb paint: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXPJU3&P=7 And their PS57 Pearl White would look nice with that I would think: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXYEH4&P=7 If you're looking for really specific tones you may have to go with an airbrush and mix your colors accordingly. |
