| QUESTION about tamiya ps-55 flat clear
Do I need to do any special prep for this paint. Do I need to scotch brite the outside of the body before I spray it. Any tips would be great since this is the first time using this stuff.

Other than washing the body in warm soapy water to remove any mold release agent or residue, there really is no other prep needed. Just don't forget to remove the overspray film before you shoot |

Just peel the outside of the body and spray. I wiped it down just in case, but it works great. I noticed that if it's not sprayed evenly the flat finish will vary. Here is my drifter I used it on. |

Also make sure you keep any area you want to stay clear masked off. If you dont the flat clear will fog them. |
