I use Acrysol at work, I have NEVER had it remove anything I didn't want it to. I have used it on everything from marker on car paint, to tar on plastic trim pieces. Leave no residue whatsoever, never discolores. You can get it in a spary can too.

I use label, sticker remover that you buy at napa, autozone. Works great

You can also use some zippo lighter fluid.

I have had luck using the sticky side of duct tape. Stick it to the sticky residue and pull it off quickly.

be careful with something like googone on lexan, it will fog it. Whatever you use try it on a small patch to see how it reacts.

peanut butter... swear on my life. My mom showed me that years ago. spread some on. let it site, the oils in the peanut butter eat up the adhesive. then wash off.

I'm surprised to find that no one has said anything about the hair dryer trick. To remove decals and stickers from any of the bodies I have had......I just take a hair dryer and heat up the sticker/decals and you can just pull them right off, 9 times out of 10 theres no mess left. "thumbsup"

Give it a try next time.
