proline cherrokee interior

for those that have it i have a question. does the door panels sit below the window seal. i just finished putting mine in but the dash is in the right spot. the body lines match up but the top of the door panels sit 1/4" below the ACTUAL windows

Mine does the same thing, thats the way it is.
