Default Fluorecent paint question

ok so i painted my lcc body with fluorecent orange paint from practra, and when i was painting it it seamed like it just wanted to pool in the roof. Why is that? I scuffed the body, washed it with soap and water, and then i dried it and sprayed my first coat. I waited for it to dry, about 10-20mins, and reapeted it.
did i not prep it right? or is it jsut this paint?

You have to spray very thin coats and alot of them ... Hold it up to a light to look for the light areas after it is all even let it dry and back it with white...hope this helps you out

really???!!!!!!! that would be sick!!
so with the yellow do you have to spary a complete covering over it and then the black? or is there a special way to do it?
i did spray white over it, but it ended up looking like that one ice cream flavor...um whats it called...
