They don't make any that thick(to my knowledge). Most diamond plate sheets are vacuum formed. Build the box with plain .060" and skin it with diamond plate.

i looked at every piece of dia plate at tower and all is thin, maybe i'll keep looking but nada so far ....yeah i was thinking that was the way, but i seen a picture of some bodys tool box they made and it was thick diamond plate styrene....i don't remember what thread i seen it in so i can't find it to ask the poster .........bob .... |

Plastistruct makes the diamond plate styrene panels as does Evergreen Plastics. I think I have some in .020 that I use as a veneer, it works well.

i have some evergreen double diamond 1/16 scale from tower in .010" maybe .020"....trying to save lamin'in them to together ...........bob .... |

Oops, sorry I didn't realize you wanted it that thick. I don't know if they even make it that thick. You may want to just try gluing the regular diamond plate sheets to .060 styrene.
