Check out the scale sections and do some searching and you will find many different solutions. I think there is even a thread or two in this section on it.

| scale body mounting
dont drill holes in it, use either velcro or magnets to hold your scale shell on so it looks scale. Unless you can disguise your front mounts as bonnet/hood pins

| Some of you just love to whine. I wasn't rude about it, just offered help. There is plenty of info out there on this subject already and I pointed him in the right direction. I guess your one of those people that need to be spoon fed everything though. |

| There are different kinds of "Velcro" you can buy. I bought some industrial strength stuff. Comes in a box with very long strips of both sides (hook, loop). It should last forever. The industrial strength is very good for holding bodies on. The regular is ok and will work. But the Industrial stays stuck to what you aply it to much better and sticks to the other half of the velcro much stronger. I have done a few bodies in the manner that Wes81 showed and it works great. General google search came up with this. It is the same type i used but when I bought it the packaging was slightly different. 4 feet of each side http://www.concordsupplies.com/velcr...593/85323.html |

It holds very good.. The body has never got knocked off mounted like this, the only thing so far is if it takes a hard enough hit it might move the body a little.. You just have to be careful taking the body off because this stuff is strong...
