Does anyone know where I can get a couple biohazard decales for the side of my scaler?

Decals? Might start looking at your local hobby shop. Then see if there's a Michael's, Ben Franklin, or some other arts/crafts store nearby. If you're looking for paint masks, so you can paint them into your next body, you could ask around and see if you can find somebody with a plotter set up for cutting vinyl, or look around for a shop that does graphics design, hit them up.

Or... just buy one of those really small art paintbrushes, and a bottle of model paint and freehand it.

You might try eBay or maybe contact a local vinyl banner maker, they might have something or be able to point you in a general direction.
