Default custom body build material?

so i want to make a custom body because the truck i want is just not made. i was wondering if those clear plastic 35 gallon totes from walmart or big lots would work. im planing on using shoe goo to fix it all together but is there anybody else who went down this road? thanks in advanced!

from lookin around at others on the site styrene seems to work best just ordered me some so i can build a 79 ford just like my pick up
