RC4WD makes a 90's body style lexan 4runner and Kyosho used to make a hardbody of the same model but your going to be hard pressed to find a 1st gen all of them ive seen have been hand made from styrene.

Depending your budget thoe you probably can have someone like pardonmynoob make one here on the board if you cannot yourself build one.

Search and PM Bigbird on here . He has 1st gen Toyota bodies .
