Not recommended but it will stick and it will dry very slowly many hours. If you shooting spray cans warm them in hot water first.

I just shot my hard body truck in a room that was heated with a heater in my garage. Used krylon for plastics...worked great...till I F'd it up and touched it.

course it will stick.. just takes longer to dry... im assuming your painting it outside.. i usually wait for a decent sunny day to paint but have done it in the cold and wind..
i'll usually tie a piece of mechanics wire to it, paint it outside and if its late in the day leave it hanging on a tree or something for about an hour or so check it if its still really wet bring it in and toss it in the basement.

I paint lexan bodies for my race buddies for a little extra money and paint all year. I use a hair dryer to dry the paint between coats and have no bad luck.Like said above if using spray cans warm them in water before use and I would use a hair dryer to warm the body too. Here's a New Bright JK body I did this past week end, temps were around 20° I still need to detail and do some clean up but the paint is clean and shinny.
