Stock RS10 Hummer body. My first lexan.

The stock body comes prepainted from the factory. I decided to remove it and try a practice paint job before I try my new stage killah lid. I read a bunch of threads and tutorials first, and decided to try several different techniques like different masking, splatter, a fade, and various backings. I went a little crazy with the color choice. heres the results.

Not by any means a first class job. Apparently I didn't get ALL the old paint off, as you can see in the yellow. but a pretty good shot for a first timer. and with just rattle cans even.

Not bad. Kinda has a weathered look.

I don't know what RedcatRacing used to paint this thing, but the stuff would NOT come off. Brake fluid did nothing. I took straight paint thinner and scrubbed it! And apparently still left some original paint on.
