Default Filling gaps in lexan?

Im working on completely paneling up a wraith cage with lexan, going for an armored car look. Ive never seen this done with a wraith before and its looking pretty awesome. Problem im having though, is where the exo cage is rounded, where 2 pieces of lexan meet, there is a gap between them in some spots and you can see the cage. What can I use to fill those gaps and be able to sand it smooth and paint it on the outside. Going for a completely sealed one piece body look.

GOOP on the inside of the panels, then bondo on the outside- if there is any flexing though it will crack.

sounds cool, post up some pics!

if you have the time you could tape your gaps. get it close to what your looking for take it off in one peice and fiberglass it. sand it then paint it. not sure if thats what your going for or not but thats how id do it. if you have never used fiber glass before dont let it scare you away its preaty easy to use read up on it if you decide to go that way and use gloves. the reison is sticky!! will not come off of you for a wile good luck

post pics. sounds awsome.
