Glad I picked up the JK's that I did, was at the same Walmart yesterday and all they have left is 3 each of the Chevy's. I was going to hit the Walmart by my shop today just to see if they had them too.

I picked up a blue jk,and would have picked up a black chevy but I have not come across one of those yet.

I picked up a Blue one for me (and to answer the above question they fit nice on an scx chassis), started taking it apart and my daughter saw it. Went back and got her a red one for Christmas.

I just so happened to see the manager of Wallyworld when I was getting one, he said they are a "limited purchase". Basically when they are gone dont expect them to be back.

Yes, it's right at 11".

Open the Chevy and save the Jeep, besides everybody builds Jeeps and you'll get more out of it later if you choose to sell than you would the Chevy.

Bought some junk today.

A Jeep and a Chevy. What the hell is wrong with me?

Here is some handy information.

Jeep JK
Wheelbase: 13"
Width: 9.25"
Overall Length: 19.5"
Scale: 1:8.5
It's 1:9 if you go by wheelbase and overall length measurements only. The oversize flares throw off the average scale.

Chevy Silverado
Wheelbase: 11.5"
Width: 8.25"
Overall Length: 19.75"
Scale: 1:10
In my opinion the bed appears to be out of proportion (too short). If you were to add another .5" in front of the wheel opening you could gain some wheelbase to make the scale more accurate.

Has anyone noticed the hideous '6x6' on the shelves? I was cruising the local Target in search of a JK, I didn't see any of the big ones on the shelf.

Bought one of each also, gonna put chevy on my scx, jeeps gonna sit round till I come up with a 13-inch wheelbase chassis. But couldn't pass up.

How does the honcho interior from like Dinky's RC measure up to the chevy's cab?
