From what I've read for some paints not lexan you have to scuff or sand lightly lexan to get it to stick which means you have to paint the outside of body. I've only used lexan paint so far.

Actully scuff the inside and paint as normal, your not going to see the scuff marks from the outside, the paint will fill those in.
If your just chooseing that paint cause you want something durable, regular lexan paint is durable enough as long as you prep/clean the body really good before shooting any paint.

Tip:
If you want the body to last and to cut down on cracks in it, coat the inside with shoe goo especially around the inner wheel wells, mounting holes, etc. after painting on your backing coat.
I've seen some pretty beat up SC bodies that the shoe goo was the only thing keeping them together.
