New Pro-line '60's Ford body I see alot of new scale builds using this body! Designed for short course trucks....anybody know what the approximate dimensions would be judging from these pictures? http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i1...psd5569e51.jpg |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body 1 Attachment(s) Calling Sam Collins, calling Sam Collins!!! :ror: That body looks sweet Tim! Based on my Slash the body should be about 11" wide at the front fenders and about 12.5" wheelbase. |

Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body that looks killer, it's not on their site yet. I think the True Scale Raptor with a SCX frame and AX-10 axles would make a good class one rig Pro-Line True Scale Ford Raptor 3389 for Short Course or IFS and a Currie Wraith rear axle  |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body Proline lists it as a 66 ford. However it is not available yet. Can't wait to get one. |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body You can probably adjust your wheelbase until it fits correctly. Then i'm guessing it will be to wide, so instead of ruining the look of it by cutting the fenders, buy some wheel base lengtheners for an scx10 for around 20 bucks. |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body http://prolineracing.com/bodies/1966...50-clear-body/ Product ID : 3408-00 Length: 20.3" (516mm) Width: 9.4" (239mm) Height: 6.5" (165mm) Wheel Base: 12.7" (323mm) Im stoked for it to come out, got a plan in mind  |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body I might have to get one for my short course truck, but not for my crawler. |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body I bet an scx10 wide beef toobs would it just about right! Come on proline!! |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body I can't believe someone actually made this body! I have a '64 F100 that is my daily driver so I will be picking up one of these for sure. Just wish it was a styleside like mine but I'm not going to be that picky. Now if we could just get proline to bring back the 70 F100 I could clone my current truck as well as my last one. |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body Once i finishing thrashing the body on my 79 Ferd on my slash I may go with this, Its really caught my eye! |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body Ooooooooo I don't care about wheel base...only width. It will make a killer truggy body |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body Funny you should mention that bowtie, I JUST painted a '79 Ford for my SC10 now I can't wait to tear it up so I can get one of these! |
Re: New Pro-line '60's Ford body Proline does such good looking bodies, i wish they would do more crawler specific bodies especially vintage stuff. The monster truck bodies work ok but never look quite "right". Postclanker, I didn't even think about a truggy that would be KILLER looking! |
