Dodge bodies

Are there any ANY dodge bodies (ram, ramcharger, dakota and durango) that will fit the honcho wheelbase? i find fords and chevys all over, but no dodge ones worth much. ive seen one ramcharger, but it's so hard to find it's not even funny. I want to get my MOPAR on here!

The only ones I know of are the proline ramchargers and yes they are super hard to find in good shape and if you do find one they cost a pretty penny. Hope this helps

You can try to find a toy grade rc with a dodge hard body with the right wheelbase. Then sand it down and paint it.

Tower hobbies has several listed as "in stock" you have to look through the brands. Seen a couple nice HPI ones and a few even better PARMA ones.

Parma Dodge Durango. They are not made any more, but you can still find them.

Same truck, my Power Wagon. These are real hard to find, expensive if you do.

You can always adjust your wheelbase.
Tower Hobbies has standard and extended cab Dodge Rams by Parma & HPI.

I found a few differant years on HPI racing, I may order the 05 model as it is as close to my 06 RAM diesel there is. I really like the orange Power wagon, really nice. RPP Hobby

Re: Dodge bodies

thanks everyone. Can can anyone help me find that Durango body I can't seem to find it anywhere . 904 crawler don't bash on other people's ideas just because you don't like the brand. I don't like ford and you won't hear me bash on a lot of the F 250, F 150, Broncos and such because they actually look really nice. appreciate work where it counts and don't buy the bodies you don't like

You could always build your own out of styrene :) Sometimes you have to just to get the body you want.

Love the old Fargo panel, and a Gen 1 body would be really kool, but my model skills are not that good, no patience "thumbsup"

RC Planet has a 2002 RAM body in 1/8th scale, still looking, but this may fit better on my 1/10th scale frame.

Re: Dodge bodies

Are your tires 2.2 or 1.9? I have been looking at/for a 99 dodge but all I see is the sport truck not racing truck. Is that bed a stepside? The reason I ask is because I wanting to try and make a dully with some plastic"thumbsup". Nice truck by the way:)

I found this in someone's trash, I thought it was made by New Bright, but found out it was distributed by Radio Shack as the monster truck, Raminator. I hacked and dremelled off a lot of the monster truck frame, and added some styrene to make an interior, and mounted it to my Ridgecrest chassis. I think it turned out well. The body is a little top heavy, but I added some weight to the chassis, and helps keep it stable. The tires are 2.2 and fill up the overcut wheelwells from the original monster tires.
