|  Dually fenders
I'm about to start an f350 dually build and I am wondering how can I make scale dually fenders that will hold up to some of the abuse we put on our rigs I was thinking a foam and fiberglass mixture bit still am not sure

Here's the body I'm gonna modify and its not going on this chassis its gonna be a 1.9 build

I've seen it done with styrene, with reinforcing ribs inside the fenders to the bed side.

You could make a plug and vacuum form a sheet of styrene over it.
