Cool Custom 79 crew cab

This is my first time making a custom lexan body bought this online and should have done some research first because it was way to big lol(bought the integy wheel widener kit too and dang did i feel like a newb when I opened them up and realized nothing was going to work ) but I think its turning out pretty good so far heres some pics and I will update soon

cut the bed off a little bit before it meets the cab

and then slid the bed inside

used some all purpose craft bond from wally world

a little dremmel work and its ready for paint i think

this is my first attempt at this so if anyone has any suggestions let me know thanks!

got her all painted and stickerd up painted the inside and the outside it needed it i know its going to get scrached up but I put like 5 coats of clear on top of the paint and decals we will see how long it lasts but it should hold up and it will look good having a couple of battle wound scratches

you can still see where the body comes together but i dont have the money or time to bondo it lol

my favorite part is applying the decals

ya, this whole project took me about 5 hours and I did it all with some scissors, a dremmel tool, some glue and good ol eye ball mesuarments. this was my first attempt and it was extreamly cheap and easy so to all other noobs like me dont be scared to attempt a project like this thanks for looking

Kinda gives me some confidence to try my own. Looks simple enough. I'm sure there's a lot of room for error still.
