I'm looking for hinges for this styrene toolbox I built. It's 2" wide to give you perspective. The hinge will need to be smaller than 1/4" per side. Thoughts? |

make your own out of styrene & thin brass rod. you can use either small styrene tubing, or use a pinvise & a tiny drill bit to drill out some solid stock to fit the brass rod through. either way, making your own will keep them much more "scale" than anything you can purchase. |

You might try a model train style hobby shop. The one local to me sells tiny tiny hardware and if they don't have the hinges they would be easy to make by rolling brass sheet around rod from opposed directions.
