or you could try D.O.T. 4 brake fluid. I WOULD TEST ON SCRAP PIECE FIRST!!!!

I used to use castrol super clean to strip paint off styrene and vinyl model kits. Works about as good as brake fluid, but its safe to pour down the sink or outside when you get done. It is lye based tho so don't forget your gloves...

here's a comparison article on paint strippers, it's mostly geared toward styrene but I would think the ABS would react similarly. But as stunter suggested, its a good idea to test a small or scrap piece first.
