Default Making a new body look like an aged paint job

I decided I wanted to make my Old Ford truck look aged so here goes! I first masked off the areas I didn't want painted. I then scuffed the whole outside of the body with a 3M red scuff pad. I used Rust-oleum multicolor textured rust color paint on it. I then used a dark grey primer to add some definition. Next I sprayed the whole body with light grey primer. Lastly I sprayed a coat of red oxide primer in the bed area to give it definition. I then sanded it down until I thought it looked aged. Hope you guys like it? Let me know what you think?

Interesting!

Doesn't quite look like the rusty cars around here though, of which there are plenty.
- At areas that are worn and rubbed bare metal is typically visible, surrounded by a bit of rust.
- In other areas rust grow and get exposed by chipping/cracking of the paint. Typically at the edges of doors and wheel wells.

Perhaps it's different in dry areas where roads salted in the winter isn't the main cause of rust?
