what bodies will fit on the wraith?

I'm new to this hobby and i was wondering if there were any other bodies i can put on my wraith

Check at RPP, both Dynamic Concepts and Pro Line make bodies for the Wraith.

Most of the Dynamic concept bodys are all out of stock on RPP i think you need to order directly from him.
