Re: ghost flames thanks, they all look good. now, what's the process for doing them, please ? :???: |
Re: ghost flames Depends on what colors you want to use and what kind if ghost flames you want. You can get your flame mask on the body usingbthe negative side of the mask to where you paint rhe flames first. Mist the pearl on till you are satisfied on how much pearl then pullbthe mask off and put your base coat on. The oyher method is what I used on the blue body, you spray the kandy color of your choice, put the paint mask on and spray the white paint for the flames and then spray the complete inside of the body with silver. If you want a darker color you use the silver for the flames and gunmetal for the final base coat. |

Re: ghost flames Tamiya PS-53 Lame" flake gives a Cool ghosted look also. Its a metal flake style clear. When I do my bodies I lay down my first few coats of base, peel mask ,hit with flake then back that with my base color again. If you look at this pic you can see a star done with it just under the headlight. http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p...psbce492a0.jpg |
