Some spare bodies laying around...

I have a several bodies sitting on the shelf collecting dust, one is a very rare Ferrari 250 GTO that came on the original Kyosho GP-10, another is a Pegasus '64 Impala body. Some are discontinued bodies and a few are Tamiya CC-01 bodies. I hate painting bodies like the plague! I don't care for fancy graphics, as cool as it is, I prefer the look of a pristine classic with a factory looking paint job. Anyhow, today I decided to paint a couple, nothing fancy but thought I'd share. I'll add to this thread as I whittle my way through a few more of these till I get sick of painting again.

The first is a Tamiya FJ40, this one will get cut up to make another FJ45, red with a white top (as usual ). Going to be leaf sprung in the rear and 3-link up front. Most likely a C2 truck when I get around to it.

Second is a Tamiya Bronco body. Very excited about this color which has been in my box of rattle can paints for several years. The color is PS Green Anodize Aluminum. It came out better than expected, lighter than in the pictures, I like it a lot, almost like a factory color. No plans for a chassis yet so it will go back on the shelf but most likely MRC based.
