How do I paint my car to get this red colour?

I've assembled the Tamiya CC-01 Land Cruiser with polycarbonate body. I've never done any sort of painting before, and want to paint it red like this:

What colour code should I use? I'm thinking whatever colour used for this kit is what I need:

What it be something like PS60 Mica Red, PS34 Bright Red, PS2 Red, or something else? I want it to be red like the Land Cruiser I linked to.

So from my research, I think the order of paint I need to apply is:

- One of the reds for the main body
- PS1 White for the roof, and backing for the red body
- PS48 Chrome for the side step plate
- PS5 Black for the chrome backing

Any tips on how I can achieve the colour I'm looking for? I also read the chrome can be use for backing, is it better to use white or chrome?

I would spray the Tamiya red first, cant remember the ps color code of the top of my head. But when you get the red sprayed back it with Tamiya white cause you itbwill make the red pop plus that will also be the color for the roof and grille.

Simple, take your red and black, put on light coats of red and the mix it with black, it should give that shading and pop to it. Good rule of thumb, always do light to dark on these types of bodies. Good luck.

id do the red backed with black and if you wanted start with a clear red to give it a deeper effect
