My first 3D print for D90 body (D110 double cabin rear window conversion).

I will convert D90 body with this part soon. Side windows was measured from D90 body not the real one.
Also does anyone know the width of the middle window?

this is a great use for 3d printing, it looks spot on to me. Are you printing this yourself or thru a service?

If I were you, I'd get your vendor star and produce those for the guy's building the D90 pickups! Would save the builder a ton of time fabricating the rounded roof out of styrene pieces. Most guys move the flat panel from the rear up to the cab because its very hard to get those rounded ends. You'd make a killing! Just saying. I'd buy one.

Wow you printed these yourself, impressed is a understatement. 3D printing has changed the game, to anyone who has not heard of or checked out shapeways..please do so. Nearly anything you can imagine from engine's to bike's are there in any scale and as detailed as the actual 1:1 in many cases. Shapeways - 3D Printing Service and Marketplace
