| Dropped bed for lexan body
Hey guys! I'm looking to see if someone can help me figure out how to drop the bed for my Pro-line Chevy C-10. A kit would be nice if there is one or any info would be great! Thanks, Champy |

this is the glue i used, its flexible and strong and also bonds to lexen this is how it started out test fit in the truck, i had to glue in some styrene round stock to have a secure mounting surface adding some detail sides all done and inner guards made, had a few low spots to fill in in the truck hope that helps a little bit mate |

I recently built a drop bed for my short wheelbase F-250, I used black styrene, used Plastruct Bondene to bond the stryrene together, and used Shoe Goo to attach the bed sides to it, no tailgate. I started making some templates for the basic structure using poster board. -Derek |

Okay. That does it. You guys make this look a lot easier than I ever thought it could be. I'm going to buy styrene tonight.

I'd definitely cut & drop the bed, as its a lexan body and the bed floor is near flush with the top of the bed rails. building an interior for this chevy would be awesome.

Haven't done the bed yet but really do want to. Added some more lights over the weekend... just need to clean up the wires and a bit of soldering Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
