Trashed Lexan Camaro Body I Bought this VATERRA V100-S Camaro Drift Car Chassis & Body as a basket case. The body was so hacked up I think most R/C Hobbyist would have just thrown it away. The former owner cut the body up to fit on a Short Course Truck Chassis and just Hacked It Bad. I am trying my Best To Save It. ~ I don't have a lot of experience working with Lexan. Glued lexan panels to the inside and the quarter panels I shaped with a lighter. Putting lexan over the inside panels so to match the body thickness. Also going to paint the new panels gloss black to match the original body close as possible. It will defiantly Sill Look Rough ~ Like a 25 y/o Barn Find ~ That needs alot of TLC... http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...oBodyWork2.jpg http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...oBodyWork3.jpg http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...oBodyWork5.jpg |
