Plasti dip to polycarbonate paint?

I want to paint my ascender Desert Tan, if I paint the outside with polycarbonate silver paint and then scuff it up some will plasti dip adhere to it? At least better than directly to lexan?

I plasti dipped part of my lexan body on the outside. It stuck pretty good.

Not sure if you did anything with this yet but I plasti dipped my honcho body. It was easy to get the windows clean afterwards. It was over existing paint through, not directly on the lexan. Word of caution. Plasti dip doesn't scratch, it rips so after a few runs, it starts to look like a shredded plastic bag. I didn't expect anything different but just passing on my experience.

It does start to rip. I did mine last about a year ago. Here is a picture from the g6 in June.
