Is it safe to assume you're spraying on the outside of a lexan body?, because OD Green on the inside is still going to be glossy. If so, I would use a Tamiya Copper, #86014, PS14, first on the outside, and then you can use a hardware store paint for plastics paint, OD green, over that. Then when you scrape it on the rocks, it looks like rust underneath. I did that on my dodge body.

You could also spray the inside in OD green, then spray the outside with Spaz-Stix Premium Matte Finish or Testers Lexan Body Dullcote Flat . Just as an option. Mike Flea suggestion is very cool to.

Or per Lapdogg: put any sort of polycarb down first & then Tamiya TS over that. TS-5 is army drab green

Check the the War Sprays from Toy Soldier. These are meant for polycarbonate. I've used the SP005 US Army Tank Official Color on a couple bodies (painted inside) with Spastiks flat clear on the outside. Looks legit!

I've had good results with the spray type Plasti Dip. Works great for bodies when you paint on the inside, plus there's no chance it will crack when the body bends. They offer a Camo line and there's a nice flat green. I'm not sure how it will work on the outside of the body, it might start to peel on a corner that gets scraped a lot. Seems to work great on 1:1 cars though

They have OD green, FDE, brown. I'm one of those guys that paints the outside... My FDE was glossy when painted on the inside.
