Default Body work suggestions

I having problems deciding how to build my truck so I'm asking opinions. I already have a plan in my head for everything except the body and just can't pin down what to do with it.

It's going to be a class 2 truck, TCS X-trail chassis, 3 or 4 link front, leaf rear, Yota axles, 1.9 Rock Beast or IROK on steel wheels, full interior.

Now the hard part. Do I want to try to fix the fenders and make it look stock or close to it again, buy fender flares, clean it up like normal cut fenders or a rust bucket.

Already cut by the previous owner. Any way it goes the front fenders will not go all the way down, I'll keep them at the bottom of the grille.

Rear fenders are completely missing the flare.

Bed has been bobbed a bit.

OR my next option is to sell it and buy another Tamiya F350 body to put on this chassis and pull behind my Class 1 Excursion I'm working on...

I like the bobbed bed. Thinking of doing that with my yota class 2 body.

you could make your own flares by cutting out sections from the tops of soda bottles.

I like the bobbed bed too, only thing that would have been better is if the holes for the lights on the side were still there. It was done when I got the truck though so I'll make it work.

Do you have pics or a thread where you saw it?

I would just clean up the cuts. Gonna get scratched and bashed anyway.

I watched that video and I will probably end up doing the fender flares that way, I already use lunch meat containers to make my inner fenders so I will do these at the same time.

I have started to think about cutting the front off to match the rear and make the flares onebullet linked in the video.

Still trying to decide if I want it to look like a beat up old pile of crap with rust and mismatched panels or if I want it to look like a typical trail truck with trimmed fenders and/or aftermarket flares.
