So, it's very doable, just have to do some mods. I like the 12"wb, didn't want to change either.

W0W, that makes this a much better looking body! I love 12.3" wb, might be able to go down to 12.0", but definitely not shorter...love your wb solution for this body! Color is nice with those wheels/tires too.

You have a link for these guys? I tried looking them up on FB but apparently there is more than one Knight Customs.

HotRod/MX. What length links are you guys running to accommodate this body? Stock 98/101?

I'm still at a 12"WB, haven't measured the links on mine.

Not the stock links, but stock lengths, yes. It works so good as is, I'd hate to change the WB.

Awesome. Thanks. The links I ordered are too long (i measured wrong *derp) so I am going to cut them down and re-tap them.

Almost up and running with mine. Just got the Dingo fenders today so I'll be throwing those on. Traded a buddy some TSL's for my BFG's and made a temporary lift kit to see where it needs to sit for good clearance. Also planning on probably going to 1.9's later.

That rig is coming along nicely. The two tone paint scheme is a nice touch!

Thanks. When I was looking at real FC's they all originally came with a two tone main body color with white. That's what I took the concept from. Got the light bar and fenders mocked up last night. Aside from maybe a small luggage roof rack This should be pretty much how it will look when it's completely done. Ignore the disaster work area. haha

The 1:1 FC is truly an amazing rig.
I finally got my exo from knight custom, have a look. It does have a good size to to mount a rack or use scale bungee cords to strap down items.

That looks cool. I might have to pick that up next month. How long t did it take to get? Rc4wd has them as well for not much markup over the maker website.

It was $38 shipped from shapways site. Says 10-15 days after order confirmation for delivery. I haven't seen the rc4wd cage. Do you have a link? I'm gonna use this as my G6 rig in October at RRW. The event is big on scale items so I'll use most of the rack.

Ah it's RPP Hobby that stocks them. It's the same knight customs cage but it looks like they keep a stock of them.
$37.99 free shipping. But they're out of stock apparently.
