Hello JohnB, Yes it's true, we have re-released the PL-C Interior due to popular demand. This item #3337-00 will be in stock at your Local Hobby Shop and the P-L Store very soon!

I'm sorry to hear that you received a PL-C Interior that was missing the Decal Sheet. Please contact Customerservice@prolineracing.com to request a replacement and we will get one out to you right away!

I just got mine last week. It didnt have a decal sheet either. I just assumed it never came with one. I'm really glad I read this.
