| Wraith Spawn mounting options?
My dad and I are about to build a Wraith Spawn kit together and I've been seeing in pictures that the Spawn body mounts to the side of the roll cage/chassis. Is this the only/best way to mount it or is there a cheap way to mount it with body clips on the hood and roof?

Check out wertymademetal. You could make your own if you have the time and want ro put in the effort. But I just ordered them when I got my spawn. Basically they have a Allen bolt that has been drilled to accept body clips where the factory screws are.

I tried that and it took me to three sources, all from eBay. I'm not shopping there. Maybe I cloud take the posts from the battery tray of my 2wd Traxxas Stampede, but I'd only have two clips then... Guess I'll just have to screw it in every timeI take the battery out. Why didn't Axial make it easier? |
