Default Body mounting?

I am curious as to how you guys mount your lexan bodies from the side instead of drilling holes in the top, are there mounts you can buy or do you fabricate them yourself? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

I second this, I make as many trucks magnetic as I can. I just cut the nipple off of the body mounts, file them flat and Shoo goo/E6000 them on. Glue magnets to the body, also with Shoo Goo/E6000, holds up really well.

Ok but, does the body stay in place after tumbling down a 10 ft climb that went wrong? Or when the truck gets wedged and the body gets used as a slider in a crevice? I like the idea, just not sure if they'll hold up to abuse.

In a big fall, no the body usually pops off. The magnets that I use, I can pick up my truck with the body. It's about 7 lbs. You actually have to twist the body to get it to pop off.
Works great for me, but if you drive your truck like a comp truck and force it thru every thing I'd stick with body pins.
