| Axial Wraith
I have a wraith with a rubicon body I would like to know how and maybe see some good pictures of how to hinge my hood. Thanks.

Probably not what you wanted to hear, but I made my entire Rubicon body remove with traxxas battery hold down pins on the sides. Works great for working on the truck. |

There is a thread here that shows how to cut bodies with thread, yes thread. The pics he has up are realy nice, it's a very fine line and comes out WAY better than with a knife or saw. I would mount some small hinges inside the body before cutting so I know they line up. Remove hinges and then do cutting. Then re-install hinges. You could also do like a lot of 1:1 racers do and use 4 pins on hood, 2 in front and 2 in rear. Just an idea.
