Default Cutting TF2 Hard Body

What is the best tool to cut a hard body? I need to shave some front fenders, but need it to look "factory "

Dremel and refine with files and sand paper.

Hacksaw, razor saw and a small grinder, air or dremel. Just finished cutting up my first tf2 body, worked pretty well.

A dreamel with a mini saw blade worked out great... 1.9's now installed!!!

I like to use a sanding drum in a drill press. The larger diameters make it a bit easier to get a smooth radius. You have to be careful with a smaller diameter Dremel. I use the same thing on lexan bodies.

I have been using regular sissors to trim my hard body's they work great

Must be those scissors that cut pennies.




I think you mean lexan bodies, we're talking about hard bodies, you aren't cutting them with scissors.

Yup sissors with hard bodys try it they work great and the 99c store scissors will cut pennies if the cheap plastic handle doesn't break personally I use old trimming scissors short blade long handle
